However you can also relax on the sun deck which comes complete with sun chairs and sun loungers, a hot tub, a music system, shaded wet bar and grill. The onboard experience is crafted around diver convenience and relaxation. Accommodating a maximum of 18 guests, the vessel provides ample space across multiple social areas. The sun deck is a standout feature, complete with a rejuvenating hot tub, shaded wet bar, and lounge chairs - a perfect retreat for surface intervals. For more sheltered relaxation, the upper deck’s covered cocktail lounge offers panoramic views. Inside, the spacious, air-conditioned main saloon and dedicated dining room serve as communal hubs. Thoughtful touches, such as a morning coffee service delivered to your cabin door, underscore a commitment to guest comfort that extends beyond the dive deck.
The true heart of the Cayman Aggressor IV liveaboard is its stern dive deck, an intelligently designed platform that streamlines the entire diving process. With dedicated individual gear storage, 2 hot freshwater showers, and easy-access ladders, the operation is smooth and personalized. A significant advantage is the inclusion of nitrox (for certified divers), which extends bottom time for optimal exploration of the Caymans' vibrant wall dives. The vessel's steel hull provides stable moorings at iconic sites, and all dives are conducted directly from the platform, eliminating the need for tenders and allowing for a flexible schedule that can include night dives upon request, subject to conditions.
The Cayman Aggressor’s itinerary unlocks the distinct character of all 3 Cayman Islands, a key advantage over land-based operations. The tour typically encompasses the legendary sheer walls and bustling marine life of Grand Cayman’s North and West Walls, the pristine, uninhabited dive sites off Little Cayman like the world-famous Bloody Bay Wall, and the dramatic topography surrounding Cayman Brac, known for its wrecks and swim-throughs. This tri-island route offers a comprehensive showcase of Caymanian diving, from exhilarating wall drops and coral gardens to historical wreck penetrations, all within the nutrient-rich currents that foster exceptional visibility and prolific marine populations.
Onboard dining balances casual ease with moments of elevated service. Breakfast and lunch are buffet-style spreads, while dinners are a highlight with full waiter service and complimentary local beer and wine - an opportunity to unwind and share the day's discoveries. The menu thoughtfully blends American classics with Caribbean-inspired dishes. This approach reflects the broader Aggressor Fleet values: a consistent, reliable, and diver-first philosophy built on decades of operation. The Aggressor standard ensures professional crews, well-maintained equipment, and a focus on safety, allowing you to dive with confidence and complete peace of mind.
