Weta Molas means 'beautiful sister'. She is a 25m, wooden mono-hulled liveaboard offering diving tours in Indonesia's world renowned Komodo National Park. If you are interested in a short, no frills, budget friendly option this may be the cruise for you.
Departing from Labuan Bajo on Flores has the added benefit of being in the water for your first dive before lunch on the first day of the cruise. Small diving groups means that different levels and interests of scuba divers can be catered to, during your tour of Komodo that rivals the world's best diving destinations. The liveaboard's amenities are geared towards an affordable diving trip, however safety is a priority. The operator states that Weta Molas has emergency oxygen on board and complies with all safety regulations including her speedboat, life jackets, life buoys, radio, GPS, hand phones and first aid kits.
A maximum of only 8 guests are attended to by 7 crew members. There are 4 double cabins on the lower deck with fans and portholes for natural ventilation. All guests share the 2 bathrooms on the main deck. If you are a single traveller, you may either pay the additional supplement for your own cabin or choose to sleep on the covered open air deck and enjoy 10% off the published rate.
