On the hillside of Lembeh Island across the Lembeh Strait itself sits this excellent dive resort. The impressive cottages, set in beautiful, sloping tropical gardens have elevated views where you can gaze down over the strait as far down as Bitung Town and the distant mountains beyond.
In the morning after soaking up the beautiful view, you can stroll down the path through the beautiful tropical plants to the dining and poolside area, to take breakfast before the day's adventure begins. The centre of Lembeh Resort lies in a sheltered bay where you can dine with good service on the verandah, take a dip in the pool and make use of the well organised dive centre.
The property is only a few minutes from the amazing Lembeh Strait sites and the diving operation is run by Murex - pioneers of north Sulawesi diving. You can visit all the nearby sites within a few minutes speedboat ride and the price includes 1 free, unguided shore dive a day. Guests seem never to tire of the house reef where, at dusk, countless mating mandarinfish obligingly pop up into view to delight the spellbound onlookers.
