MY Sea Serpent Serena Dreams may not be the grandest Red Sea liveaboard, but it focusses on personalised service in an area of the market that is very competitive. Without breaking the bank you can enjoy a diving tour around Egypt's best sites of the Sinai Peninsula with free nitrox a maximum of only 18 guests on board.

The dining area and adjoining large air conditioned lounge features entertainment facilities such as TV, DVD and music system, plus a library including general interest as well as fish ID books. The top deck (and sun deck to the bow) has soft seating and mattresses making a comfortable chill out or sun bathe area.

There are various cabin options, such as a double bed cabin, twin bunk or twin bed, and these are located on the lower deck and upper deck. All of them have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and towels and bathrobes. So if you are yearning for a quality Egypt liveaboard experience without the extra cost, then this boat might be a rather serene choice.

Customer reviews:

Customer rating - Good
"It would have been excellent but they let themselves down by sailing a boat that wasn't fully seaworthy hence the leak which caused some distress on board not to mention wet and smelly rooms and clothes that had to be washed and dried personally. I think it was irresponsible of the crew to sail her knowing the problem beforehand. It could have potentially been a disaster.
Good communication with Dive The World and timely reminders of the important aspects of the trip.
