The Ras Mohamed National Park has beautiful coral reefs with abundant marine life. The Straits of Tiran are the narrow sea passages between the Sinai and Arabian peninsulas which separate the Gulf of Aqaba from the Red Sea. Start the day with a breakfast of cereal, juice, fresh fruits and hot entrees. The 1st dive follows soon after breakfast, followed by a snack and then the 2nd dive. A buffet style lunch gives you a chance to chat about the morning marine encounters. Soups, salads and pasta or rice dishes are common lunch items. The menu provides a mix of local and international cuisine, all enjoyed in the air-conditioned restaurant on the main deck. After some downtime after lunch, it will soon be time for the 3rd and then 4th dives. Normally dinner means the end of the day's diving, so as you sample local dishes like babaganoush, foul beans and hummus, you can wash it down with a glass of wine or beer.
