Notes: Shark diving: All shark interactions are natural, passive and observational in style. The Aggressor Fleet does not actively feed sharks nor chum the waters.
Dive experience: All Open Water-certified divers may join these Bahamas liveaboard trips.
Cruise price per person includes: Cabin accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinking water, soft drinks, hot drinks, local beer and wine, dives (as detailed in the safaris above), experienced English-speaking divemaster(s) (max 14 divers to 1 DM), tanks, weights and weightbelts, all taxes.
Cruise price per person excludes (mandatory, unless customer provides own): Scuba equipment rental (incl dive computer: US$ 225 per week), diving insurance, port and park fees (US$ 160 per 7 night trip and US$ 208 per 10 night trip), restaurant meal on final evening. Unless otherwise stated, all the listed items need to be paid on arrival (cash or credit card).
Optional extras: Transfers to the boat from the airport/hotel/port, alcoholic drinks, nitrox fills for enriched air certified divers (US$ 100 per cruise), torch. Unless otherwise stated, all the listed items need to be paid on arrival. Note: prices of items purchased onboard are subject to change.
How to get there: Elizabeth on Bay Marina in downtown Nassau is the main departure port for the Bahamas Aggressor, which is nearby Nassau International Airport. For some cruises the port will be Old Bahama Bay Resort in Grand Bahama not far from Grand Bahama International Airport (Freeport). Return flights from Nassau/Freeport to the USA are treated as domestic flights, which makes life easier for your onward journey as you can make "domestic" rather than "international" connections. Arrival/Boarding/Departure: You should aim to arrive Nassau/Freeport on Saturday. Boarding the Bahamas Aggressor is at 16:00 hrs on Saturday for a 18:00 hrs departure to the night anchorage, prior to the first dives on Sunday morning. Return to port is after lunch on Friday afternoon with check-out at 08:00 hrs on Saturday morning. The crew will transfer you to the airport or nearby hotels. The last dive of the trip will be at around 12.00 noon on the second last day of the trip. Please wait at least 18 hours before flying after diving.
Non-diver rate: US$ 200 off the full published price (does not apply to specials).
Single supplement (if you do not want to share accommodation): This is optional - single travelers may choose to share a cabin or pay a supplement of 65% of the normal published price.
Dive clubs and group discounts: Pay for 6 guests and 1 additional person can join the cruise in the Standard 4-share cabin free of charge (total 7 or more guests).
Whole boat charter rate (per night): Pay for 12 guests and 2 additional persons can join in the Standard 4-share cabin free of charge (total 14 guests).

Day 1
Arrive in Nassau and take a taxi to 'Elizabeth Bay Marketplace and Marina' (fixed fare) from the taxi stand outside the airport terminal building. Boarding the Bahamas Aggressor is at 16:00 hrs, for a 18:00 hrs departure to the night anchorage. The tour leader will welcome you onboard, assign a cabin to you and explain in detail the liveaboard boat features and the plans for the coming days. A welcome dinner will be served. After a good night's sleep in your comfortable cabin, the diving will commence the next day.
Days 2-7
Expect up to 4-5 dives a day on some of the most amazing dive sites that the Bahamas has to offer, with the Lost Blue Hole being one of the highlights of the diving around Nassau. The rim of this large blue hole is surrounded by coral heads, stingrays and many schools of fish. In the sand surrounding the hole, divers will find many small fish such as banded jawfish, seminole gobies and tobacco fish. There are usually 1 or 2 nurse sharks here and during the spring a large school of blacknose sharks inhabits the bottom of the hole.
Once in the Exumas Islands, the Amberjack Reef prolific fish life will surprise you. You will see reef sharks and up to 10 large groupers. The dive site also features many interesting small critters such as pirate blennies and garden eels. During the safety stop don't be surprised to be surrounded by a large school of big eye trevallies.
The menu aboard is varied and plentiful, with a variety of international feasts, barbecues and local cuisine. You will wake up to fresh fruit, hot entrees, cereals and juices. Lunches are buffet-style, featuring hot soups, homemade breads, salads and sandwiches and/or entrees. Dinners are chef prepared and served each evening and include salads, vegetables, seafood, beef or chicken with a freshly made dessert. There will also be plenty of snacks throughout the day.
The Bahamas Aggressor returns to Nassau on the last full day of the trip at approximately 13:00 hrs on Friday to provision and fuel. This is your opportunity to shop, take a Bahamas tour or just relax. The boat crew will host a sunset cocktail party in the evening. Dinner is not served onboard this evening and the crew will assist you with dinner reservations and arrange transportation to a local restaurant.

After a continental breakfast, you will depart for the airport at approximately 08:00 hrs. If you are extending your stay, arrangements can be made for transportation to your local hotel.
Grand Bahama (8 Days / 7 Nights - 27 Dives)

Day 1
Once in Freeport, you can make your own way to the Bahamas Aggressor anytime 16:00 and 18:00 hrs. The liveaboard yacht is docked at the Old Bahama Bay Resort and will depart for the night anchorage once all its guests are on board. The tour leader will welcome you onboard, assign a cabin to you and explain in detail the boat features and the plans for the coming days. A welcome dinner will be served. After a good night's sleep in your comfortable cabin, the diving will commence the next day.
Days 2-7
Expect up to 4-5 dives a day on some of the most amazing dive sites that the Bahamas has to offer, with Tiger Beach been one of the highlights of your diving safari. A beautiful beach area with a white sandy bottom that is visited by different species of sharks: tiger sharks, lemon sharks, nurse sharks and Caribbean reef sharks. Just kneel on the sand and enjoy the action all around you. Divemasters will try to attract sharks using a 'scent triangle' filled with bait. At Hog Fish Reef you will notice lots of crevices that are home to small creatures. A garden of soft and hard corals and it's surrounded by schools of snappers and angelfish. Swimming in the sandy areas just off the reef are large and small hogfish. Fishtail is a dive site covered with gorgonians, yellow sea whips, sea plumes, orange spiny sea rods and sea fans often visited by local tropical fish: a perfect spot to enjoy. Another great spot for few dives is El Captainan, a huge underwater mound covered with Gorgonians and hard corals. Just off to the side are 2 large pinnacles. There are schools of fish, but also lots of macro and small animals to discover.
The menu aboard is varied and plentiful, with a variety of international feasts, barbecues and local cuisine. You will wake up to fresh fruit, hot entrees, cereals and juices. Lunches are buffet-style, featuring hot soups, homemade breads, salads and sandwiches and/or entrees.
