There is an array of room choices at Kungkungan Bay Resort from rooms in 8 Beachfront Cottage Suites, 3 Beachfront Traditional House, 3 Beachfront Villas, a Hillside Villa and a 2-bedroomed Owner's Suite with lounge. The Hillside Villa is a 2 storey stand alone villa with a lounge area downstairs and bedroom on the first floor. The spacious Owner's Suite includes 2 bedrooms (one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds) and a private lounge.

The dive day in the Lembeh Strait starts with breakfast from 6 am and the first dive boat leaving at 08:15. Each day consists of up to 3 day dives and 1 night dive. The boats return to Kungkungan after each dive, since the sites can be reached within just a few minutes, where the staff will unload and wash your equipment.

The nearest re-compression chamber is at Malalayang Hospital in Manado, 40 km or 1.5 hours, west of Lembeh. We advise you to take out insurance for scuba diving.
The resort dive centre has a large cylinder of emergency oxygen and the boats carry first aid kits.
The nearest medical facility is Bitung Hospital, about 3 km away.
Kungkungan Bay Resort has a safety deposit box for customer use, free of charge, in reception. There is a 24 hour guard service and CCTV. There is a police station at Police Pier, 5 minutes away.
