How your day out unfolds:

We offer 2-tank dive boat day trips from the Lembongan beachfront. Lunch and soft drinks are served during the day: fruit, hot and cold drinks and a spicy 'Nasi Bungkus' which is a Balinese rice specialty. We have 3 boats available, depending on the amount of scuba divers for the day, with the biggest being a 17m craft built with ample space for 12 divers, 3 divemasters and 2 boat staff. The other boats are fibreglass boats with space for 4 divers, 1 divemaster and a boat captain.

Please wait for your pick up in your Lembongan hotel at the agreed time which will be communicated to you before the trip. We head out with the rising tide and therefore the departure time changes daily so that we can enjoy the best of the conditions out in the Badung Strait. Dive trips usually take 4-5 hours to complete, with most of the dive sites accessible by boat within a few short minutes. The longest boat ride (to Manta Point) takes about 30 minutes to reach.

These scuba tours are on the best daytrip dive boats available in Lembongan, in terms of personal service. All the boats are equipped with life jackets, fire extinguishers, communications, plus a first aid kit with oxygen.

Dive sites:
Our Lembongan scuba diving trips run throughout the whole year and depart daily to Nusa Penida, Nusa Ceningan, and Lembongan Island itself. Sites include Blue Corner, Crystal Bay, Jack Point, Jurassic Park, Manta Alley, Ped, Manta Point (at an extra charge) (approx. 18 sites). For more information on all of these, visit: Lembongan dive sites.

Daytrip prices normally include:
Lembongan hotel transfers, national park fees, lunch, fresh fruit, soft drinks, dives, use of dive equipment, weights and weight-belt, tanks, dive guides, and taxes.
Prices exclude (mandatory, unless customer provides own): None.
Optional extras: Manta Point trips fuel surcharge US$ 8 (when available, depending on weather and sea conditions), dive computer, dive insurance. Unless otherwise stated, all the listed items need to be paid on arrival. Note: prices of items purchased onboard are subject to change.

Non-divers and snorkellers US$ 16 per day. The price includes the use of mask, snorkel and fins.

Day trip safety:

The nearest re-compression chamber is on the nearby mainland of Bali. For non-diving accidents, there is a clinic and small hospital staffed by Indonesian doctors in Jungutbatu village - 1 km from the dive centre. We recommend scuba divers have their own dive insurance policy - see our insurance programme for a competitive quotation:

TESTIMONIALS

Customer rating - Excellent
"First rate service. Friendly and professional set up. Great dive masters (we saw a Mola Mola - out of season). They did ecerything possible to oblidge our every request including providing free scooter transport after we'd packed up after the dives and were needing to get back to our hotel (which was a very hot 20 minutes walk away). Food on the boat was yummy too." - , Australia, 30 April 2013 ...

"I loved how well World Diving were involved with the local conservation group who were a gold mine of information about the region." - , Australia, 26 April 2013 ...

Customer rating - Very good
"The owners were extremely helpful and really nice, even looking after our coral cuts and recommending other places to dive in Bali. The service was quite efficient and they even provided snacks in the surface interval! We only got to do 2 dives a day instead of 3 though, I think due to the low season and current." - , Australia,17 November 2011 ...

Customer rating - Very good
"The dive operation was fairly far from our lodging, making the logistics less than ideal, but it's manageable. World Diving in Lembongan Island is a good operation. I have no complaints with them. There aren't all that many dive sites there, so if you like to do different sites, 5-6 days is plenty." - , USA, 8 July 2010 ...

Customer rating - Excellent
"Sue and John, the couple who run World Diving, are excellent and extremely friendly and helpful beyond all expectations. The divemasters who took us out were good. The facilities were very good and the equipment was in good condition. On the whole we had a really satisfying dive trip and would definitely return." - , India, 5 June 2008 ....

Customer rating - Excellent
"The staff on board the boat was very efficient and friendly. The boat staff would always pass me my underwater camera and help us get on board the boat and open bottles and so on - very efficient! The owners (Sue and John) are extremely pleasant and very helpful. No complaint whatsoever." - , United Kingdom, 13 December 2007 ...

"The dive operator was excellent. The staff were very friendly and very informative. English was very fluently spoken by all the staff. The equipment was of very high standards as was the safety. The boats were very well designed and comfortable." - , Malaysia, 10 March 2007 ...
